Notes and Options Regarding an RO Installation

You will need a hole in your counter or sink for the RO faucet - separate from your main faucet

1. Many sinks can be drilled easily such as stainless and corian sinks - there is an extra charge for porcelain cast iron sinks
2. If you have a granite countertop, you will need to sacrifice a soap dispenser or other hole occupant to free up a hole for the RO faucet. Otherwise, you will need to have your granite contractor drill you a hole.

We offer a "calcite adder" which adds calcium back into the water and raises the pH. There are some health practitioners who prefer this more alkaline water.

We can often hook up a refrigerator ice maker or dispenser. The feasibility of this depends on whether we can run a line from the sink base to the fridge.

Wizard 50 Details

The Wizard 50 is a four-stage portable Reverse Osmosis system with the following components:

1. The prefilter reduces chlorine and chlorination byproducts
2. The prefilter also removes sediment
3. The membrane reduces metals and "anions" such as fluoride, nitrate, etc.
4. The postfilter reduces any remaining organics and ensures a good tasting drinking water.

The Wizard 50 comes complete with:

• An extra replacement prefilter (Prefilters are recommended to be replaced at six-month intervals)
• A quality test instrument to ensure that your system is working as designed
• A "snap coupler" to easily attach and remove the Wizard 50 from the faucet aerator
• A special high quality faucet aerator to replace your existing aerator
• All necessary fittings and tubing
• A full set of instructions for use and maintenance
• A One-year Warranty on the membrane, tubing, connections, and test instrument

The Wizard 50 produces 15-30 gallons of treated water per day (or 3-6 quarts per hour)
